• 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup NC apple cider
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling

In a large glass, combine the ginger ale and apple cider. Drop in one or two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon and drizzle with caramel sauce. Serve immediately!

Notes about Apple Cider: Best to use freshly pressed apple cider, typically around only in the fall season found at local orchards (or great grocery stores).

Chill glasses in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes beforehand to keep the float frosty.
